Bill is a retired Fire Chief, with bachelor’s degrees in both
Engineering and Fire Protection Engineering. A former Director of the International Association of Fire Chiefs, Bill served as Chief of the Overland Park, KS Fire Department. This, coupled with 17 years of experience in construction management, make him uniquely qualified to lead our effort to do the job. Bill heads the WHP Trainingtowers team, which has more than 150 years combined experience as fire fighters, chiefs, engineers and contractors.

bert E. Pottberg, Director of Operations
Bob, the retired Chief of the Ft. Osage, MO Fire District has over 34 years of fire service experience. Bob has been active in the Kansas City Metropolitan Fire Chiefs, Missouri Fire Chiefs, and Missouri Valley Chiefs and served as Director for the International Association of Fire Chiefs. His experience in sales, fire service and construction benefit our customers during the planning, construction and operation phases of the project.
Joseph Kirchner, Project Manager
Joe is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Construction Management. He works with owners, architects and contractors to develop the best design plan and follows the project through on a daily basis, ensuring timely completion and a quality product.

Davi
d Dyer, Marketing Manager
A business graduate of the University of Kansas, Dave has a background in marketing and computer technology. He has worked with technical products and services in commercial, consumer, governmental, educational and medical markets. His customer service skills guarantee timely answers and maintain a smooth flow of information, both internally and externally.
Dennis Tharp, Sales
Dennis has 23 years of combined volunteer and paid fire service. He was an Assistant Chief for the Fort Osage MO Fire Protection District and retired in 2001 as Deputy Chief of the Central Jackson County Fire Protection District in Blue Springs, Missouri.
Roy
Brock, Edmond, OK
Roy has 35 years of fire service experience. He is the retired Fire Chief of The Village Fire Department, OK and has a strong construction background. Roy has served as a Director of the International Association of Fire Chiefs and has been active in SW Chiefs and Oklahoma Chiefs.
He has an Associates Degree in Fire Protection Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Municipal Administration.
Jim 
Eicholtz, Baltimore, MD
Jim has been involved in the design and construction of fire training facilities since 1991. He worked for the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute in the past. He has represented WHP since 1994 and has worked extensively with gas simulators, as well as buildings that burn Class A materials.

hn Loudermilk, Longwood, FL
John has 22 years experience working with fire service professionals to develop training buildings. John has worked with some major metropolitan cities in the Southeast region planning large burn building/simulator projects.
