Large buildings and complexes may require additional land requirements based on evolutions such as multi-company operations, drafting, crash rescue, spill scenarios, aircraft, collapse rescue, confined space simulators, skid pads, driving courses and outdoor props (rail cars, tankers, aircraft and vehicles). Other items that should be considered for land requirements are the infrastructure buildings such as class rooms, shelters, garages, restrooms, locker rooms, control areas, parking and oversight.
